What is Girl Rising? 

Girl Rising is a nonprofit with a mission to help every girl in the world receive the education she deserves. In 2013 we released a documentary following 9 girls in different countries, to tell their stories of hardship, and perseverance. Our mission is to raise money and awareness for these girls to ensure they get their rights.
